Boulder problem training by Adam Ondra

I have definitely spent a lot of time at Hangar gym this spring, having numerous sessions on competition style boulders and most of the time, taking advantage of making a comp simulation. That means taking a timer, set 4 or 5 minutes pear each boulder problem and trying to send as many tops as possible.
