How to move properly

I have always focused on climbing as efficiently as possible. It is the key in my point of view, because "good climbing technique" is something that is extremely difficult to define. A few years ago, I got to work with Mr. Čumpelík, who is a physiotherapist of Czech National Ballet but he also focuses on details of the right movement like no other. Meetings with him were true eye-openers in terms of how complex our bodies are and what I can all do in order to increase the efficiency of my climbing, how to be more mobile, thus improving my climbing without necessarily getting physically stronger, but to make my body works as one entity.
