World Cups at home are always special and I was not that lucky in my career to enjoy that many. This year's Climbing World Cup was just mindblowing! Thanks to the loud audience for cheering madly for every climber. This was one of the best comps of my career and maybe one of the last World Cups in Boulder ever for me. It was nice because I felt I was still competitive with youngsters on these problems. But at the same time, I know my body is getting just too old for this style of boulder problems. So, it's reasonable to dedicate more time to the lead where my body doesn't suffer as much.
Congrats again to all the medalists and thanks to the organizers for the great event. Czechia, its fans, and the climbing community definitely deserve another great climbing comp like this.
