Watch Last Training Before World Climbing Championships by Adam Ondra

The World Championships in Bern finished more than a week ago, but let's make a throwback to the last training sessions before the competition itself. ⚡ I had some boulderproblems ready for me at Hangar Brno as well as spicy routes on the lead wall in Hudy - Lezecká stěna Brno. I always consider the last training sessions before an important event as a precompetition round and as a way to boost my confidence for the comp, so I definitely tried to take all boulder problems and training routes as seriously as possible.
